Gently press your feet upon the earth and know your life belongs to all including the past and the future . This moment may be what you see and yet the threads of life ancient and unknown are alive in you here and now . And what you do today will forever touch tomorrow .
The layering reflecting the richness
in the
Brillance of my heart .
The places that have been cleared away
and are
revealing the tender bits and pieces
illuminating
and then
shattering the light into
a kaleidoscope .
Free from any fear
because it’s love that you see
and it’s for eternity .
The Challenges that i feel growing in my heart .
arriving from beyond the gate of peace .
There is a spirit of fire crackling in my bones
waiting to roar and to say it’s release .
This day will not end in anger nor in disgrace ,
but will leave in color and in a heart’s warm embrace .
The strength and lightness of a sprit’s new life ,
Beauty to behold against the dark while the birth is given in the light .
In moments of fading and flickering with exposure to the old life
while progressing to climb craggy cliffs .
footholds uncertain here and there while reaching with the fearlessness of something known as faith .
The eyes of this new life has wings kept out of sight and to look up in a vision when you are free .
Should you choose to live from that place in the heart,
the spirit’s new life
in your hand you will hold .

As I journey through the creation process it is a mystery as to what will be the resting place at the end . It is courage that must be summoned again and again . It is easy to see the faces right in front of me . It is easy to judge and guess at that their wants and dreams . When I look for their heart and yours … it is me that I see . Traveling through through layers of mind and emotion it is the journey I seek to reach the timeless , sacred self that is Not self but We . So that we see . It is Freedom .

I belong to the mountains and the hills and to the stars in the sky .
Wherever they came from embrace them . Embrace them and breathe them in so as to experience the sweet release that is freedom . Now live and breathe out . Feel the arrival of luscious laughter and joy needing no reason to be . Just be .
Deeply alive to feel it all so true . An easy road not so, though magnificent in grace and inexplicable in sorrow . Either one may be manipulated away should we choose it . Better to recognize the beauty living in the pain . The stars in the sky as you see them do you wonder silently to yourself ” Am I seeing only the remains of this brilliant, fiery light ? Am I looking straight into it’s death and seeing the beautiful glow ? ”
Each moment we embrace and each breath we take notice of is our gift to eternity .

The light that naturally lives , even in the darkness . And a joy that celebrates, though quietly when there is despair. This is home . The laughter at the door invites you into yourself to recognize that your life is sacred . A challenge or a smile beckons to be released and a gentle embrace remembers when moments were born .
When the morning song of a single bird was the sweetest sound you’d ever heard . And when you’d lie on your back ,side by side , in the grass . Entering the heavens through sight of the stars above and knowing somehow that it’s home .
Together again we look up at the clouds , and breathing softly and deeply we relax into the earth beneath us . She holds us and gives freedom . Each breath is a quiet meditation and a thank you to life . We enter our imaginations and creations . It is Heaven here on earth and it’s Home .
