A meditative place where hymns of renewal and release breathe .
Where space for calmness and peace reside .
Free from pushing and pulling and instead feel the rhythm of my heart beating
and soothed by breathing .
In the joy of quietness I am charmed by the birds singing and by the light dancing with
her shadows .
Remembering the joy of quietness I am free .
I will find my way to the next side road . I will venture out into what seems unknown .
It may be a simple touch that brings new direction . And with it’s smile my heart will be known
for a second . The comfort lives in moments that embrace the fears and look for the side roads .
I thank God that this work , this passion , this challenge is a never ending thread .
Incorporating spirit with the practicalities of living . It anchors me to the earth and to the
infinite power
of love.
It guides me to live in this moment while releasing me to explore the unknown .
When kindness is freed from it’s holding space , the mind opens up and the muscles relax . We may even become light enough to step into a dance . A dance of sensing possibilities. While the harshness fades clarity comes . It falls quietly away . O do we remember how to choose to BE ?
The constricted heart is in pain , you see . It really only wants to be set free . The anger planted there is a poison and it kills . There is no pretty way around it . It is what it does and there is no more to be seen and said . Forgive those that trespass against you .
Is that lesson still unlearned and not lived amongst us ? Dare it be so .
