There is a moment in each day when I remember that I am in love with life .
The trials can seem severe , the answers elusive . Then I feel the connection to all living light .
I can giggle and be silly . I can be still while a stranger’s heart opens up . Exposing the cracks of
love and renewal . I can explore a wander inside and out . Friendship and love , In love with

free to explore , spontaneity comes easily , carrying a heart wide open and kind .
A sense of mystery , somewhere , alive inside .
Come I’ll introduce you to a place and a space where your mind says “oooh it’s new ” and your deep self recognizes it as home .
Traveling up and up a winding road , slowly and surely , to a destination unknown .
In the deepest , blue night a hill top gently sloping
arrival breathes awe
as millions of stars bring me in towards their stories .
Their wisdom is timeless , their love infinite . That moment with the stars was fearless mystery
and lives in my veins .
I must remember to awaken my heart
when the cold waves of fear pass over the light .
And in the stillness …

when the blindness of others brings harm
not delight .
I must remember to awaken my heart
so I may listen
to know your anger and offer my hand .
So you may know forgiveness
And how it can live in sadness .

because therein are the wings .
The wings are in our hearts
and they yearn to be free .

Comfort in my wings
and freeing souls to sing .
Carried into life unloved and unknown .
Is now the time to be seen ?
Unfurling the wings in time .
Soaring into light
to live and to give and give .
A sweet sound comes alive
as laughter comes to reside .
And in my heart will

Imagine leaving room for spontaneity . In such a moment one’s spirit may breathe easy , release and soar . A revival of energy invited to flow simultaneously opens doors and creates the birth of courage .
It is moment dedicated to nurturing joy and with it comes clarity and purpose . A state of exuberance in living for the sake of living . In welcoming the joy and the freedom of spontaneity we may choose to travel further into the unknown . The unknown parts of ourselves . It is a vessel of treasures this spirit of freedom and giving and exploring .

There is a spirit of fire crackling in my blood .
Waiting to roar
and to say it’s release .
This day will not end in anger nor disgrace .
But will leave in color

my heart’s warm embrace .
And with Peace .
The layering reflecting the richness
in the
Brillance of my heart .
The places that have been cleared away
and are
revealing the tender bits and pieces
illuminating
and then
shattering the light into
a kaleidoscope .
Free from any fear
because it’s love that you see
and it’s for eternity .
The Challenges that i feel growing in my heart .

The eyes of this new life has wings kept out of sight and to look up in a vision when you are free .
Should you choose to live from that place in the heart,
the spirit’s new life
in your hand you will hold .

I belong to the birds and to the trees ,
And the flowers and the sky.
And to the bees and the dreams and the rivers and the streams .
I belong to the mountains and the hills and to the stars in the sky .
Wherever they came from embrace them . Embrace them and breathe them in so as to experience the sweet release that is freedom . Now live and breathe out . Feel the arrival of luscious laughter and joy needing no reason to be . Just be .
Deeply alive to feel it all so true . An easy road not so, though magnificent in grace and inexplicable in sorrow . Either one may be manipulated away should we choose it . Better to recognize the beauty living in the pain . The stars in the sky as you see them do you wonder silently to yourself ” Am I seeing only the remains of this brilliant, fiery light ? Am I looking straight into it’s death and seeing the beautiful glow ? ”
Each moment we embrace and each breath we take notice of is our gift to eternity .
