It was a dream . Fierce and empowering . Walking away from a tumultuous ocean with the sounds of waves coming from behind . There was no need to turn and look . It was an occurrence repeating since the beginning and before the idea of time existed .
Far enough away that the crashing and rolling of the ocean waves was faint and soothing . Taking long , slow breaths and looking upwards to the evening sky brought lightness to an otherwise heavy heart . There was an infinite hope held in that sky . The unending existence of the planets and stars . All of the dreams and wishes sent upwards and being held forever in the sky .
The joy that is life is in every small detail taken in by your heart and what is held in your heart will travel amongst the planets and the stars for all of time .

To slay the sins and transform them into the light of new life ,
First wholly embraced and owned and recognized with sorrow .
Knowing the darkness and weeping for the light to live ,
sorrows for the dark heart
and
joy for the light to follow .

Moving well beyond early morning darkness and into the afternoon .
The songs of birds now have a captive audience with the roaming and wandering of humans now curtailed .
It is a quietness that will speak right to the heart .
And surrender to it and the mind will follow .
The quietness is new .
A stay from busyness has arrived and with it a new freedom … in the new quietness .
