Winds are blowing wildly tonight . The waves dance and display their power gloriously. It draws me into to my freedom and into my joy .

My steps upon on the sand become of a dance of their own as I delight in the roars of the waves and strength in the winds .

It all brings me home to that in between place where the joyous freedom lives and dances and knows wisdom that needs no explanation .

Spreading my arms wide , welcoming the beautiful wild of life , and the cloak of heaviness flies away .
